Nicola Harte

Having begun my career as a scientist working on the human genome project in Cambridge, England, I moved into market research in 2005 and never looked back. Combining my natural curiosity in understanding people, an innate Irish trait, with a desire to see the application of scientific research improve human lives, I find every new client challenge fascinating. I am passionate about health and wellness, love talking to a wide range of people and seeking to understand their perspective and ultimately identifying smart and original ideas for our clients

Over the last two decades I have had the pleasure of helping pharma clients launch blockbuster brands across disease states including Oncology, Cardiovascular, Vaccines, Women’s Health, Neuroscience, HIV and many others. Helping clients solve complex and challenging questions drives my passion in having authentic and meaningful conversations with their customers. Getting to the heart of what truly drives human behavior and seeing how my clients’ brands can have an impact on patients’ lives fulfills me. Soumya Roy, Ph.D.

With a doctoral degree in marketing sciences, extensive background in behavioral economics, and having lived across three continents, I love combining my knowledge of behavioral psychology with my curiosity in culture and people to impact market research. I am passionate about what makes people tick and how blending arts and sciences can lead us to the holy grail of understanding true drivers of behaviors. I combine my academic training with my knowledge of quantitative methods and experience in healthcare to deliver new and fresh ideas to clients and optimal solutions to their business problems
